Brief description
The LN1F21G is an external GaNswitch™ controller with integrated TruePSR™ technology that delivers up to 60W of maximum output power, 130kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, and constant voltage and constant current output characteristics with typical constant voltage accuracy of 5% and constant current accuracy of 5% in a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
