Brief description
The LN9T12B is a built-in MOS type SSR power switch with an integrated 650V 4.7Ω MOSFET, maximum output power up to 18W, 100kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, and is available in a halogen-free green standard DIP7 package.
