Brief description
The LN5S06A is a SR controller chip with a built-in dynamic self-powered DSSS™ control architecture designed to withstand up to 200V at the sense port and up to 48V at the system output voltage. It supports 150kHz switching frequency and is available in a halogen-free, green-standard SOT23-6 package.
