Brief description
The LN5S21 is a SR control chip that supports CCM, DCM, and QR modes, NMOSFETs with minimum on-resistance as low as 15mΩ, and a maximum switching power supply frequency of 150kHz, and is available in a halogen-free, green-standard SOP8 package.
