Brief description
The LN5S30B is a SR control chip that supports CCM, DCM, and QR modes. The NMOSFETs have a minimum on-resistance as low as 8mΩ, and the power tubes withstand voltages as high as 65V, and are packaged in a halogen-free, green SOP8 package.
