The LIC3300SD is an SSR power switching controller with up to 100W maximum output power, 130kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, primary-side constant-current output characteristics, 3% constant-current accuracy, and a halogen-free, green standard SOT23-6 package.
