Brief description
The LN3C51 is an SSR power switching controller with 100kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, input under-voltage protection, output over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, and other protection features in a halogen-free, green standard SOT23-6 package.
