Brief description
The LN1F33A is a built-in TruePSR™ BJT power switch with an integrated 850V 1A MOSFET that delivers up to 5W of maximum output power at a maximum switching frequency of 65kHz, with constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, a typical constant voltage accuracy of 5%, and a constant current accuracy of 5%, in a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
