Brief description
The LN3220 is a VCC external voltage limiter designed for PWM wide supply voltages, supports input voltages up to 200V, and supports a wide range of PWM switching power supply ICs with high reliability, no peripheral components, and is available in small SOT23-3 and SOT89-3 packages.
