Brief description
The LIC3327S is a built-in MOS-type SSR power switch with an integrated 725V 0.17Ω MOSFET that delivers up to 100W of maximum output power, 65kHz maximum switching frequency, and is available in a halogen-free, green standard TSIP7/7A package.
