Brief description
The LN9T27BH is a built-in MOS type power switch product with an integrated 700V 1.8Ω MOSFET, maximum output power up to 20W, maximum switching frequency of 65kHz to provide optimized system conversion efficiency, an ultra-wide VCC operating voltage range of 40V, designed for ultra-thin and ultra-small size systems, and adopts a halogen-free and environmentally friendly standard SOP8 package form.
