Brief description
The LN5S100R06 is a SR controller chip that supports CCM, DCM, and QR modes. The NMOSFETs have a minimum on-resistance as low as 6mΩ, and the power tubes withstand voltages as high as 100V, and are packaged in a TO220 package with enhanced thermal performance.
