Brief description
The LN5S16 is an SR control chip that supports CCM, DCM, and QR modes, NMOSFETs with minimum on-resistance as low as 6.5mΩ, and a maximum switching frequency of 150kHz in a halogen-free, green standard TO25-2 package.
