Brief description
The LN8K18 is a HVBUCK™ power switch with built-in MOS, an integrated 650V MOSFET, a 12V output voltage, a maximum output current of 300mA, a 42kHz maximum switching frequency to minimize system size, and is available in halogen-free, green standard DIP8 and SOP8 packages.
