Brief description
The LN8K17 is an internal MOS HVBUCK™ power switch with an integrated 650V MOSFET, 15V output voltage, 300mA maximum output current, 42kHz maximum switching frequency to minimize system size, and a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
