Brief description
LN6M10 is a built-in power tube SSR power switching products, integrated 800V high-voltage power switching, maximum output power up to 10W, 65kHz maximum switching frequency to minimize the system transformer and capacitor components, with the vice-side of the feedback primary feedback two sampling feedback mode, the chip internal integration of high-precision over-zero sampling circuitry, the use of halogen-free and green standard DIP7 package.
