Brief description
The LIC2303A is a TruePSR™ MOS high-frequency power switch with an integrated 700V 9Ω MOSFET, up to 6W maximum output power, 130kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, typical constant voltage accuracy of 5%, constant current accuracy of 5%, and a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
