Brief description
The LIC2307A is a TruePSR™ MOS high-frequency power switch with an integrated 700V 3.3Ω MOSFET, up to 20W maximum output power, 130kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, and constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, with a typical constant voltage accuracy of 5% and constant current accuracy of 5%, in a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
