Brief description
The LIC3311AD is a TruePSR™ MOS high-frequency power switch with an integrated 700V 1.5Ω MOSFET, up to 30W maximum output power, 130kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, typical constant voltage accuracy of 5%, constant current accuracy of 5%, and a halogen-free green standard DIP7 package. The DIP7 package is halogen-free and environmentally friendly.
