Job responsibilities:

4、Organize investigation and research on the development direction of new technology in the industry, and organize the development of related new products according to the market demand;

5, the development of new product development project implementation plan, control the progress of each R & D project, coordination of related resources, the R & D process of major issues to deal with;

6、Responsible for the development of the company's product technology route, to solve major technical problems in the process of product development, control the progress of R & D project development, quality and resource management;

7、Cooperate with relevant units to develop new projects and products;

Post qualifications:

1, full-time undergraduate degree or above, master's degree is preferred, analog circuits, digital circuits, power management, microelectronics and other related disciplines, intermediate engineer or above title;

2, more than 10 years of IC design work experience, more than 5 years of management experience;

3, familiar with the use of Cadence, Calibre, virtuoso;

4, with the enterprise's industry-related professional and technical knowledge, as well as production, technical systems, processes, project product development, technical information and other related professional knowledge;

5, can skillfully use a variety of office software and a variety of design and development software;

6, rigorous style, conscientious and meticulous, scientific spirit; strong leadership, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal skills, communication skills, influence, planning and implementation capabilities.
