The LN1F16/17/18/19/19A/19B/19C is a series of PSR power switch ICs with built-in MOS, integrating 650V high voltage MOSFET switches and TruePSR™ technology, with better than 3% voltage regulation accuracy and 5% constant current accuracy, making it an excellent choice for building 5~40W chargers and adapters.
With a maximum switching frequency limit of 70kHz and a full valley switching operation mode, the minimum standby frequency can be as low as 300Hz, standby power consumption can be as low as 75mW, and the maximum conversion efficiency of the system can be more than 90%, which can easily meet the requirements of the latest energy efficiency levels such as DoE level VI or CoC V5.
The chip is packaged in a standard SOP8 package with a 5/6/7/8 row of D terminals for excellent thermal conductivity, and can be easily used as a heat sink by laying down copper foil, resulting in an excellent thermal characteristic of the system.
The chip also features a simple peripheral, low component count, and low system cost.
