TSIP7 Mating Heat Sink Resources

To increase the output power capacity of the built-in MOS-based AC/DC power control ICs, NixonMirae Semiconductor offers an excellent TSIP7 package form factor, which now covers the NixonMirae TruePSR (Primary Side Voltage Regulator and Constant Current) / SSR (Optocoupler Feedback Secondary Regulator) / HV-SSR (Secondary Regulator with Wide Voltage Range up to 85V VCC) series, with power capacities extending to over 65W and full pin definition compatibility across architectures and families. Power capacity has been extended to more than 65W, and provides fully compatible pin definitions between different architectures and series, which greatly simplifies the serialization of PSR and SSR power supplies, reduces certification costs, and improves flexibility of use.
