SOT23-6 standard halogen-free green package form in the LN1Fxx / LN3Cxx / LN5Sxx and other series of controllers are widely used in the product, SOT23-6 small size, has a small footprint, flexible and convenient to use, although different product series in the pin function, pin definition and peripheral connections on the different products, but the product used SOT23-6 package form is the same.
