SOP7 Package Dimensions and PCB Library Files
SOP7 (as opposed to SOP8, which does not have PIN7) is the standard halogen-free, green package used in LN1Fxx / LN9Txx series products. Although there are differences in pin functions, pin definitions, and peripheral connections between different product series, the SOP7 package is the same, and the dimensions of the package are as shown in the figure below:
