TSIP7/7A Package Dimensions and PCB Library Files
TSIP7/TSIP7A standard RoHs environmental protection package form is widely used in LN1Fxx / LN9Txx / LIC33xxxx series products, although there are differences in the pin function, pin definition and peripheral connections between different product series, but the package form is basically the same, of which the TSIP7 and TSIP7A are only slightly different in terms of the length of the pin and the width of individual pins, as shown in the figure below. The TSIP7 and TSIP7A differ only in pin length and individual pin width, and the specific external dimensions are shown in the figure below:
