The LN1F36XL is a built-in TruePSR™ BJT power switch with an integrated 850V 4A MOSFET that delivers up to 18W of maximum output power at a maximum switching frequency of 65kHz, with constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, typical constant voltage accuracy of 5%, constant current accuracy of 5%, and a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
