Brief description
The LN1F36 is a built-in TruePSR™ BJT power switch with an integrated 850V 3A MOSFET that delivers up to 15W of maximum output power at a maximum switching frequency of 65kHz, constant voltage and constant current output characteristics with a typical constant voltage accuracy of 5% and constant current accuracy of 5%, and is available in a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
