Brief description
The LIC3515F is a high-frequency power switch with built-in TruePSR™ technology, integrating a 700V 0.55Ω GaNswitch™ with up to 40W of maximum output power, 140kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, typical constant voltage accuracy of 5%, constant current accuracy of 5%, and halogen-free green standards. ASOP8 package.
