Brief description
The LIC3514B is a high frequency power switch with built-in TruePSR™ technology, integrating a 700V 0.75Ω GaNswitch™ with up to 25W of maximum output power, 100kHz maximum switching frequency for optimized system conversion efficiency, constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, 5% typical constant voltage accuracy, 5% constant current accuracy, and an extremely compact halogen-free green SOT335 package.
