Brief description
The LIC3513B is a high-frequency power switch with built-in TruePSR™ technology, integrating a 700V 1.0Ω GaNswitch™ with up to 20W of maximum output power, 140kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, typical constant voltage accuracy of 5%, constant current accuracy of 5%, and an extremely small halogen-free green SOT335 package. environmentally friendly SOT335 package.
