The LIC3511D is a high-frequency power switch with TruePSR™ technology, integrating a 700V 1.6Ω GaNswitch™ for maximum output power up to 15W, 100kHz maximum switching frequency for optimized system conversion efficiency, constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, typical constant voltage accuracy of 5%, and constant current accuracy of 5%, and an extremely compact halogen-free and environmentally friendly SOT335 package.
