Brief description
The LN9T33HV is a built-in MOS-type SSR power switch with an integrated 650V 2.2Ω MOSFET that delivers up to 30W of maximum output power, 65kHz maximum switching frequency, and supports an ultra-wide VCC range of up to 80V in a halogen-free, green standard TSIP7/7A package.
