Brief description
The LN9T36 is a built-in MOS-type SSR power switch with an integrated 650V 1.3Ω MOSFET that delivers up to 36W of maximum output power, 65kHz maximum switching frequency, and is available in a halogen-free, green standard TSIP7/7A package.
