Brief description
The LN9T33 is a built-in MOS-type SSR power switch with an integrated 650V 2.2Ω MOSFET that delivers up to 24W of maximum output power, 65kHz maximum switching frequency, and is available in a halogen-free, green standard TSIP7/7A package.
