Brief description
The LN9T27KD is a built-in SJMOS-type power switch with an integrated 700V 0.37Ω MOSFET that delivers up to 65W of maximum output power at a maximum switching frequency of 65kHz to optimize system conversion efficiency, designed for ultra-thin, ultra-small form factor systems, and is available in a halogen-free, green, high thermal conductivity PDPAK8 package.
