Brief description
The LN9T27PD is a built-in SJMOS type power switch with an integrated 700V 0.17Ω MOSFET, up to 100W maximum output power, 65kHz maximum switching frequency for optimized system conversion efficiency, and designed for ultra-thin, ultra-small form factor systems in a halogen-free, green, high thermal conductivity PDPAK8 package.
