Brief description
The LN5S100D10 is a SR controller chip that supports CCM, DCM, and QR modes. The NMOSFETs have a minimum on-resistance as low as 10mΩ, and the power tubes withstand voltages as high as 105V, and are packaged in a halogen-free, green, and high thermal conductivity PDPAK8 package.
