Brief description
The LN5S100D06 is a SR controller chip that supports CCM, DCM, and QR modes. The NMOSFETs have a minimum on-resistance as low as 6mΩ, a power tube withstanding voltage as high as 105V, and are available in a halogen-free, green, and high thermal conductivity PDPAK8 package.
