Brief description
The LN3C65B is a CCM+QR mixed-mode SSR power switching controller with 65~77kHz maximum switching frequency to optimize system conversion efficiency, with Peakload mode control, input under-voltage protection, input over-voltage protection, output over-voltage protection, and internal and external over-temperature protection, etc. The LN3C65B is housed in a halogen-free, green standard SOT23-6 package.
