Brief description
The LN3C69A is a CCM+QR hybrid mode SSR power switching controller with built-in fast high voltage startup, 65~77kHz maximum switching frequency to optimize the system conversion efficiency, with Peakload mode control, input undervoltage protection, input overvoltage protection, output overvoltage protection, and internal and external overtemperature protection. Standard SOT23-6 package.
