Brief description
The LN5R06M is a SSR power switch with built-in power tubes, integrated 800V high voltage power switch, wide voltage output power of 8W, 65kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformers and capacitors, and two sampling feedback modes of VSF-primary feedback in a highly isolated SOP6 package.
