Brief description
The LN5R12CA is a SSR power switch with built-in power tubes, an integrated 800V high voltage power switch, wide voltage output power of 12W, 65kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformers and capacitors, and two sampling feedback modes of vice-side feedback and primary-side feedback, in a highly isolated DIP8 package.
