Brief description
The LN9T26DG is a built-in MOS type SSR power switching product with an integrated 725V 1.5Ω MOSFET, maximum output power up to 30W, 65kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformers and capacitors, constant voltage and constant current output characteristics, typical constant voltage accuracy of 3%, constant current accuracy of 5%, and a halogen-free green standard DIP7 package.
