Brief description
The LN5S31 is a SR control chip that supports CCM, DCM, and QR modes. The NMOSFET has a minimum on-resistance as low as 15mΩ, a power tube withstanding voltage as high as 105V, and is packaged in a halogen-free, green-standard SOP8 package.
