Brief description
The LN5S31B is a SR control chip that supports CCM, DCM, and QR modes. The NMOSFETs have a minimum on-resistance as low as 8mΩ, and the power tubes withstand voltages as high as 105V, and are available in halogen-free, green standard SOP8 packages.
