LIC3513B Wins 2023 IIC Global Electronics Achievement Award - Power Management of the Year
On November 2-3, the 2023 International Integrated Circuit Exhibition & Seminar (IIC), organized by AspenCore, was successfully held in Shenzhen.
IIC Shenzhen integrates industry exchanges, channel linkage, and resource aggregation, and brings together annual innovative product demonstrations, technology exchanges, high-end forums, and industry summits.
In the 2023 Global Electronics Achievement Award held concurrently with the conference, Liisemi won the Innovative Product of the Year Award - Power Management/Voltage Converter Product of the Year with its innovative product LIC3513B.
The Innovative Product of the Year Award recognizes products that drive technological innovation in the global electronics industry. The winning products are selected by a panel of judges comprised of ASPENCORE's senior industry analysts from around the world, as well as the website's user base from Asia, the U.S., and Europe.
The IC3513B is an industry-leading GaN PSR product that utilizes GaN switching direct-drive technology, high-voltage start-up technology, high-speed soft-drive start-up technology, and primary-side fast-over-pickup technology to enable switching frequencies as high as 140kHz, a 50% reduction in system size, a more than 30% increase in power density, and a 50% reduction in package board area.
