Brief description
The LIC3313SC is a built-in MOS type SSR power switch with integrated 700V 1Ω MOSFETs, up to 65W maximum output power, 130kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformers and capacitors, secondary constant voltage primary constant current output characteristics, constant current accuracy better than 5%, and halogen free green standard TSIP7/7A package.
