Brief description
The LIC3315SD is a built-in MOS type SSR power switch with integrated 700V 0.55Ω MOSFET, maximum output power up to 120W, maximum switching frequency of 130kHz minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, secondary constant voltage primary constant current output characteristics, constant current accuracy of better than 5%, and halogen-free green standard TSIP7/7A package. The TSIP7/7A package is halogen-free and environmentally friendly.
