Brief description
The LIC3313SD is a built-in MOS type SSR power switch with an integrated 700V 1Ω MOSFET, maximum output power up to 80W, 130kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformers and capacitors, secondary constant voltage primary constant current output characteristics, constant current accuracy better than 5%, and a halogen-free green standard TSIP7/7A package.
