Brief description
The LIC3311SD is a built-in MOS type SSR power switch with integrated 700V 1.5Ω MOSFETs, up to 60W maximum output power, 130kHz maximum switching frequency minimizing system transformer and capacitor components, secondary constant voltage primary constant current output characteristics, constant current accuracy of better than 5%, and a halogen-free green standard TSIP7/7A package.
